Panaji, August 26, 2026: Nine startups from Goa are representing the state at the IdeaBaaz Startup Fest 2026 in New Delhi. The event, being held at Bharat Mandapam from August 26 to 30, is witnessing participation facilitated by the Government of Goa through DITE&C’s Startup and IT Promotion Cell (SITPC). The platform is expected to give the participating startups greater exposure and opportunities to connect with the wider startup ecosystem
Goa’s growing startup ecosystem is receiving a national platform as nine startups from the state participate in IdeaBaaz Startup Fest 2026 in New Delhi. The five-day festival is bringing together more than 300 curated startups, over 150 investors, industry leaders, mentors and ecosystem enablers from across India.
The participating Goan ventures represent a diverse range of emerging sectors. Bizzigo operates in home and property services and AI-enabled diagnostics, while Gelo focuses on networking and event technology. MajheApp works in commerce and services, Innovease India Private Limited in healthcare, AI/ML and DeepTech, and Burraa in travel, tourism and experiences. The delegation also includes MyOwnBrews in food and beverage and consumer products, Artine Technologies LLP in applied AI and computer vision, TAWAI Studio in generative AI and automation, and Dumfries Visionostics in MedTech, AI and VR.
The Government of Goa is facilitating the delegation’s participation to help state startups gain greater national visibility, access new markets, connect with investors and establish partnerships with businesses and industry stakeholders.
Minister Rohan A. Khaunte wished the startups success and emphasised the importance of national platforms in helping Goan entrepreneurs take their innovations to a wider audience.
Adding to Goa’s presence at the festival, five other Goa-based startups — KAVACH Infra Solutions LLP, Reclevo Infotech Pvt. Ltd., BARSCALE, Vindaloo Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. and MYPET-OPD — have been selected for the IdeaBaaz Startup Competition. They will pitch their ventures before investors and an expert jury during the festival.
The Goa delegation will remain engaged with the festival until August 30, giving participating startups continued opportunities to demonstrate their solutions, interact with investors and industry leaders, and explore potential collaborations beyond Goa.
